The driver could've been choosen better, but it's ok xP

He's Austrian, so the choice was for a countryman xP

Michael Nykjaer is now showing on the ETCC website as racing a SEAT TDI for Sunred - number 21.

Also read on the TCT forum that there may be another Ukrainian racing a BMW 320i

Rustem Teregulov driving for Team Engstler.
Some more ADAC Procar drivers in Salzburg:
    Olivier Mayer - Audi A4
Jörg Schori - Honda Accord Euro R
Peter Rikli - Honda Accord Euro R
Tomas Engtström competes with his own team Engtström Motorsport.

15 S2000 cars are registered. Again, there are many skins to make(I have a work for several weeks).

    Here's the entry list:

No Sadredinov, Campanico, Poulsen (which I am surprised about) or Leonid Protosov from the first round.

    Ooops!

Unsurprisingly Teregulov isn't racing today, luckily he was able to walk away from the crash, after rolling the car

Rustem Teregulov's crash from ETCC Salzburgring: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I thought the coverage was absolutely terrible. The English commentator beyond boring, my brother and I were shouting at the TV as a lot of stuff he was saying wasn't correct.

Missed the delayed coverage of Race 2 after Eurosport decided to show the end of women's football instead, but have managed to get hold ofrace 2 in Hungarian so at least I could see it. They really could of done with Poulsen, Campanico , Colak, Sadredinov and Mayer - don't know what Mayer is like but he was on the entry list with his Audi - would have made the mid-field fight behind teh top 3 more interesting at least.

Hopefully they can get a few extra entrants for Franciacorta

Considering practise for the final round starts tomorrow - there is not even a sniff of an entry list.

Hartmann have rebuilt Thompson's car after his crash, and I presume Treml will be in the second Honda
Engstrom has the race on his website calendar - so presume he will be there
Poulsen had struck a deal with Perfection Racing to race their Lacetti - but that got written off last weekend, so that is a non-starter.
Nykjar had hoped to race - but we don't know if his car was one of the 25 that left Valencia direct to Japan

Entrylist released - not very exciting I'm afraid:

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

10 S2000 cars - looks like the races will be between Thompson and Nykjaer, with Engstrom and Treml behind, then the Turkish BMWs, and then the Hondas and Italien e46s behind

Was hoping we may of at least have got Campanico and Rossi back, and a few more from the previous rounds, no Ukranians either - will be surprised if they keep this format next year (if at all)

pretty boring races all around , to much distance between the cars and classes...don't know if it was just because of the rain/cold
there have been tighter and better races this year... :trophy:
